InkedMemorabilia.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based seller of sports memorabilia and collectibles. All items are for personal or collection use only unless stated otherwise.

2. Age Requirement

3. Products & Authenticity

We do our best to describe items accurately. All memorabilia comes as described, and many items include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). Slight variations may occur due to natural wear, age, or signature differences.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed after full payment via approved methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.). We may cancel orders if payment cannot be verified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the stated processing times. Delivery times are estimates, and risk passes to you on receipt. Please check items immediately and report any damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Some signed items cannot be returned unless faulty or misdescribed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

7. Certificates & Proof

COAs verify authenticity. Tampering or reselling items without the original COA is not covered by our liability.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the purchase price.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with UK GDPR. By ordering, you consent to use your data for order fulfilment, marketing (if opted-in), and legal obligations.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by England & Wales law. Disputes are handled by the courts of England & Wales.
