1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods or special signings, processing may take longer. You’ll be notified if there’s a delay.

2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted couriers for all deliveries. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. UK and international shipping are available.

3. Estimated Delivery

Delivery times are estimates:

• UK: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates only; delays can happen due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen events.

4. Risk & Responsibility

Items are your responsibility once delivered. Inspect your package immediately and contact us within 48 hours if there’s damage. Keep all packaging and COAs intact.

5. Tracking

Most orders come with tracking details, which will be emailed once your item ships. You can track your order through the courier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@inkedmemorabilia.co.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. International Shipping & Customs
